Culture ID XXX is not a supported culture...

Problem

You get this error in the Application Wizard in Iron Speed Designer:

Application Wizard

Culture ID ‘XXX’ is not a supported culture.

Parameter name: culture

This problem is caused by one or more incorrectly applied .NET Framework patches in your system. 

Solution

Step 1:  Uninstall the .NET Framework from your system.

Step 2:  Re-install the .NET Framework in your system.
